Each individual may hold only one active account on Merona4D. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your"), and Merona4D (hereinafter "Merona4D", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://merona4d.cam and associated subdomains.

Merona4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements cannot be satisfied. Any winnings generated by ineligible Accounts may be voided and forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time Merona4D deems appropriate, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of residential address and proof of payment method may also be requested.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to notify Merona4D immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Merona4D will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, DuitNow, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available payment methods may change from time to time at Merona4D's sole discretion.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Merona4D are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the applicable promotion.
The Birthday Bonus is available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose date of birth is confirmed in our records. The bonus amount is determined by the Player's current VIP tier at the time of their birthday month. Tier thresholds and bonus values are as stated in the VIP programme terms published on the Platform.
Referral bonuses are credited upon successful qualification of the referred Player — defined as the referred individual completing registration using the referrer's unique code, completing KYC verification, and depositing a minimum qualifying amount as specified in the promotion terms. Both the referring Player and the referred Player must not be the same individual, and each must hold a separate verified Account.
All wagers placed on the Merona4D Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. Merona4D reserves the right to void any wager where it determines that there has been an error in the odds or payout calculation, an error in the event data, or that the wager has been placed in breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Merona4D Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the Merona4D Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Merona4D or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Merona4D.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Merona4D, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Merona4D does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. In the event of a service outage or technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or wager, Merona4D reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore the relevant account balances to their pre-error state.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit Merona4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
Merona4D reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; a regulatory requirement necessitates account action; or it is in the Platform's reasonable commercial interest to do so. In cases of suspected fraud, Merona4D may freeze account funds pending investigation.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. All eligible Real Funds balances (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player following completion of any outstanding withdrawal processing and KYC verification requirements.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. Merona4D reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as notified to the Player in advance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or close their Account if they no longer wish to use the Platform.

In the event of any dispute regarding a wager, account transaction, bonus, or any other Platform-related matter, you must notify Merona4D's customer support team as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
All disputes will be reviewed by Merona4D's customer support team in the first instance. Should a satisfactory resolution not be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant supervisory authority under Merona4D's gaming licence. The decision of Merona4D's management on any disputed matter, made in good faith, shall be final.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Merona4D holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's country of residence.
Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. Merona4D makes no representation that the Services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.
Merona4D reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, and a notice will be displayed on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.
